By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service
The Service allows users to convert text into synthesized audio (“text-to-speech”).
Usage is measured in characters processed. Generated audio may be played and exported by the user.
The Service is provided digitally and requires an internet connection.
3. User Accounts and Usage
You are responsible for:
- all activity performed through your device or account
- ensuring that the text you submit complies with applicable laws
You must not:
- attempt to bypass usage limits or technical restrictions
- misuse the Service in a way that disrupts or harms its operation
- use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Credits, Payments, and Pricing
Some features of the Service require purchasing usage credits.
- Credits are deducted based on the number of characters processed.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Prices may change in the future; changes do not affect already purchased credits.
No subscription is required unless explicitly stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to UnknownHorizons s.r.o. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the text you submit.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process that text.
Generated audio is provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Availability and Changes
We strive to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may:
- update or modify features
- temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance
- discontinue parts of the Service
We are not liable for downtime or changes, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- fitness for a particular purpose
- uninterrupted or error-free operation
- accuracy or suitability of generated audio
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited, except where prohibited by law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
